Unitree GO2 Robot Dog Joins Novia UAS to Advance Tech Education

At Novia University of Applied Sciences, students are gaining practical experience with an advanced robot dog called Kaius. Since the autumn of 2024, Novia has used the Unitree Go2, a four-legged robot, in thesis projects. Kaius is becoming a regular part of their learning.

But Kaius isn’t the only robot at Novia! The university also has four smaller robotic dogs called XGO Robots. These are already being used in teaching to help students understand robotics, programming, and how machines interact with the world.

With a 15,000mAh battery, it can operate for up to 2 to 4 hours, depending on how it’s used.
