Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 working days. You will be notified if there will be any delay.
We will ship to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. Some taxes may apply. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may also be charged upon delivery, which vary by country. You are responsible for these fees. If you don’t pay, your package will be returned. We will refund you once the product is received after shipping, return, and confirmation of any applicable customs and storage fees.
Shipping in the USA: We ship across the USA via USPS and UPS. Regular shipping is free for orders over $500 USD within the 48 continental states. Standard shipping rates apply for non-contiguous states. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping outside the USA: Free shipping is only available for delivery within the contiguous United States. You can choose from several shipping services based on location, including small parcel air, ground or air parcel, Canada Post’s Xpresspost International, and various UPS options. Delivery dates are approximate due to customs formalities. We do not ship to PO addresses.
A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order. We strive to meet the delivery date shown but are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).
During the warranty period, international shipping fees are not covered. You must pay for all shipping costs and duties for exchange or repairs.
