5. Returns and Refunds

• New Condition: Returned items must be in their original, new, and unused condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration won’t be accepted for return.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund for all new returns. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and preparing the item for resale.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@toborlife.ai to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
